When we turn to face something it loses its power and hold over us. This has been the guiding principle I have taken into my own healing journey and the challenges and blessings this brings.
My own offerings to those I walk with seeks to support with honesty kindness and compassion so that you may face that which is disempowering you and there are a number of ways we can do this.
We work within your own intentions and needs with shamanic methods to understand how you can be supported and bring healing so you can meet these.
I understand healing to mean a return to the memory of wholeness and never see another as “wrong or failing” this is a compassionate space for you.
You always have choice in this work for it seeks to empower you and the sessions intentions is for this to be a space for this to happen.
While one of sessions can bring benefit, I recommend a number of sessions to deepen and integrate the healing and blessings you receive. For our culture has forgotten these ways for now and we may need support to step fully and integrate into our new life.
All my work is offered on a sliding scale for payment in the hope this makes it both accessible for you and sustainable to continue to offer.
It may be helpful to understand that shamanism is not something that is done to you, it comes as an offering and invitation and as a result asks for your participation in your own healing and the integration of this.
I will be a guide and support for you in this as much as I am able to do and be this, working with the intention to empower you in the time of our working together and in the therapeutic process.
Sessions
I always work with the process rather than a time frame in general sessions last one and a half to two hours though can be longer or shorter depending on what you need.
We work at your pace; there is a space for you to share what you wish as a way of releasing then the healing is brought through using classic cross cultural shamanic methods.
These may include power or soul retrieval, intrusion release, curse unravelling, personal ceremony, time with the land, creativity, shamanic journeys or intentional walks, divination, there really is no typical session each one is created specifically for you at this time.
There is also a space to discuss and support your integration as in many ways it’s what happens and how you engage back with your life when you leave the session that really embodies the session grounded practically in your everyday.

Healing Day/s as a Intensive Retreat
A healing day or days is an opportunity to really deepen into your healing as is needed at this time. We meet from 10am/5pm and working with your intentions and shamanic methods to empower you.
This can be really valuable at any time of your life especially at times of transition, times when changes are occurring or when you are opening and creating a new direction for yourself.
Over the day you will have time and space to share and be listened to receive healing with cross cultural shamanic healing methods engage with personal ceremony, time with the land in intentional walks, explore integration opening to a new way in our world.
We can meet for one full day or this can be a number of days either consecutively or over a period of time.
Cost for each day £200/£190/£180/£170 ~ includes simple vegan lunch for in person and £10 reduction for online.
Readings for Empowerment
As part of my initiation with the Tarot, I offer a therapeutic space to work with the Tarot as a spiritual map and mirror to your way in our world at this time.
The Tarot can reveal something that may be hidden form us or confirm something that we already knew though could not fully trust.
There something about the space between us and the cards that brings clarity insight and new possibilities for you.
With Shamanic methods of journeying and ceremony we are able to go deeper into the offerings from the Tarot and bring the card alive seeking the wisdom it offers. This is more of a therapeutic relationship with the Tarot rather than a divinatory one though can be worked with in this way to understand choices and the possibilities available.

Land or House/Workplace Healing and Blessings
Our modern life has displaced many peoples from their own land, the land their ancestors lived upon and with. Just as we can hold trauma and energy so can the land where we live and the house we live in.
This work seeks to create home or a supportive environment and is the process of energetically finding harmony and relationship with the land and home we live or work within.
Animism understand that everything has spirit and with shamanic methods can be communicated with, in this we can then build relationship with place.
This process brings healing and clearing to the place you live or the home or building you live and work in. We work with ceremony or psychopomp as a way to bring a fresh template to create home within the environment we live with.
Very simple acts can achieve this collaboration bringing benefits to all.
Blessings offer a positive surge of energy to a project home or place of work that is important to you and brings the sacred touch to your everyday life.

Apprentiship to your Power
This is a unique and very personal one to one experience to come ever deeper into your own nature as power in partnership with spirit so that you may be of service, inviting you to your place within the circle of life.
In this context the word power refers to being aligned with spirit both our helping spirits and the spirit or our unique natural life force that is asking for expression from within. Connecting with this seems to naturally lead to being of service to our life and our world.
There is no program to follow or syllabus to complete beyond committing to the process, it really is a step into the unknown guided by your intentions and shamanic ways.
Held over 9 months, we will meet for one full day 10am/5pm, then a shorter follow up session each month throughout the 9 months
Working with your intentions and shamanic methods to guide and invite you to this place of power that is within each of us so that we can serve our life, those we share life with and our communities both human and other life forms from an empowered place within.
In this we begin to connect with the life we are here to express and only we can express and our world is waiting for.

Mentoring for Practitioners
Since 1999 I have worked within the therapy profession either in an organization or charity both residential and within the community or self-employed.
Over this time, I have gained a lot of experience in the challenges ways and rich blessings this work brings. Along with the fundamental importance of self-care and dealing with pre current and post burnout and how to manage this work within the tapestry of our lives and the ethical way we practice.
This is a space for you to explore your own way within this profession and how to support yourself and the people you work with efficiently and as effective as can be.
It is an honest kind and compassionate space for you to share and be listened to; we work creatively with your process and intentions to support you. This may include working with shamanism, the tarot or my own knowledge and experience.
This space can support any professional working in the therapeutic professions in what ever way you do.
